In this episode, we discuss our health goals for 2021. Instead of New Year’s resolutions, this year we focused on creating some specific goals for our health that we think will greatly improve other aspects of our life as well. We both know the importance and power of creating goals especially when they center around your health. In such a scary time, it’s important to make our overall health a top priority.
Our Goals
We didn’t discuss these goals before recording the episode because we didn’t want to influence each other. Oddly enough, some of our goals still overlapped! We didn’t just focus on physical exercise and losing weight like most people do when they create resolutions or health goals. Instead, we focused on the activities we need to do to get us to our healthiest. From improving our sleep to falling more in love with cooking, we tried hard to create goals that will lead us to our most fulfilled self.
Physical and Mental
We both know the importance of making our mental health just as much of a priority as our physical health. This year, we made goals centered around giving our minds just as much love as we do our bodies. We encourage all of you to incorporate some mental health goals into your life. You’ll see the benefits instantly!
