Tips For When You Feel Less Than Average

There are times when everyone feels less than average and that’s totally normal. In Episode #17, we put vegan subjects aside and discuss the importance of taking care of your mental health. We are obviously not mental health experts but in this episode, we share the tips we use to pull ourselves out of those less than average times.
