Why You Should Say No To Dairy

The reasons why diary shouldn’t be a part of your diet range from the torture and murder of cows to it gives you a serious stomach ache. Saying no to dairy can be easier if you take some time off from it and see how your body reacts. We would both be shocked if you didn’t feel better giving up dairy. In this episode, David goes into detail explaining how bad these products are for your body.

Besides your physical reactions, the dairy industry tortures mother cows until they are of no use. Don’t get us started on what happens to the baby cows. You’ll have to listen to this episode to learn that. It’s hard to hear but necessary to learn to say no to dairy.
