Who is Peggy Brusseau?
Since being vegan for 35 years, Peggy has written or co-written 24 books on cooking and nutrition but her upcoming book, THE CONTENTED VEGAN: Recipes and Philosophy from a Family Kitchen, is her first fully vegan cookbook. This thick and beautiful cookbook will be released on March 1, 2021. Pulling from her personal experience, Peggy created this cookbook to become “a complete guide to the emerging vegan lifestyle.”
